The storied venue is commonly booked year-round for Weddings, Private Parties, Silent Parties, and Concerts. As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum.
