The Greencroft Club is a charming country estate nestled at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains just minutes from downtown Charlottesville, Virginia in lovely Ivy, Virginia. Virginia Mountain Vineyards is located on 91 acres nestled between the Blue Ridge and Allehgeny Mountains with gorgeous mountain views. Venue has a beautiful vineyard arbor for wedding ceremonies and the ceremony walkway is a paver pathway lined with red rose bushes. A large tent on a paver patio is available for wedding receptions. The tent is lit with chandeliers and Edison lighting that can be heated or air conditioned and seats up to 250 guests.

The Liberty Trust is centrally located in the heart of Downtown Roanoke, at the corner of South Jefferson Street and Salem Avenue SW. Boasting 54 luxurious guest rooms designed with custom-made furnishings, top-quality detailing and finishes, and upscale amenities, the hotel’s design is significantly inspired by its original standing as the former historic First National Bank headquarters that was constructed in the early 20th century. The Home and Farm have been passed down through 8 generations of the Miller family. In 1827, John Miller Sr. purchased the land from Francis Thornton and built a modest family home with his son, “Poplar John”. The simple rectangular structure was built from bricks fired on the bank of the Thornton River and trees harvested from nearby Turkey Mountain. Sixty years later, John Byron made substantial additions including the present-day Owner’s Suite, Queen’s Room, and sitting porches.

Our venue at the Science Museum of Western Virginia has 2 floors that you can utilize or rent out one floor for the event. Our space is does not include a caterer but we can offer suggestions to use in the area. We can also obtain a license for liquor, wine and beer. The space can include multiple different exhibits so your guests can play some games and socialize during the event.
