Manicured gardens, wooded hills, a rustic barn and trickling creek surround the historic 1940s manor, available for overnight stays for you and your guests. Fox Hollow is a working farm growing produce and herbs year-round for the Landmark farm-to-table catering program. These crops provide delicious, locally grown produce for our seasonal menus.

Imperia Lake Union is situated in former historic Lake Union Café, originally built in 1927 and converted to an event venue over 20 years ago. Nestled amongst thirty tranquil acres of our lush wooded private property, The Emerald Forest provides a stunning backdrop for a strikingly serene and cherished micro-wedding or elopement. We are just four miles east of downtown Redmond and fifteen miles east of downtown Seattle. Within the forest is the Emerald Forest Theater, built-in 2018 by Treehouse Master Pete Nelson. The Theater is a one-of-a-kind outdoor climb-in movie theater made up of a large seating area 15' off the ground, four box seat open-air pods, two "Kodama zome" elevating loungers (tree-levators!), two stories of hammock-like dream nets high in the trees, and projection onto the 16' screen hanging in the trees. Located on a six-acre property and featuring spacious lawns and other natural outdoor spaces, Thunder Ridge is perfect for events with up to 100 people. Booking the property for your event includes the 1,500 square-foot reception hall and the similarly sized lighted patio and bar area. We provide a unique venue for your intimate wedding service aboard our vintage wood Flagship Cruiser. Our boat provides the perfect platform for your ceremony with a large open aft deck, allowing a panoramic view of the Seattle skyline. A wedding or vow renewal on our boat is performed by the captain of the vessel or you can choose a package with one of our alternative officiants. We offer a variety of services to cater to your beliefs and lifestyle. We can provide a mount for your cell phone to record or live stream your service, and our boat makes an amazing platform for photos. With our simple elopement you will receive 20 high resolution edited photographs taken by the captain. We will take advantage of the boat’s ability to be positioned for scenic photographs, and the bow can be utilized for capturing an intimate moment of the newlywed couple. The Lodge is a good fit if you seek an outdoor space with the flexibility to choose your own caterer and procure your own alcohol, coupled with the relaxation of staying onsite. The Lodge sleeps up to 27 guests and each of its 10 bedrooms has a private bathroom, providing added comfort and privacy. With 2 and 3-night wedding packages your wedding party and immediate family can set-up and tear-down at their leisure. The Lodge grounds can accommodate roughly 115 guests for an outdoor ceremony, as well as seated under our large white outdoor event tent (Spring/Summer/Fall). Rehearsal dinners and small indoor winter weddings (less than 50 guests) can take place inside The Carriage House, a beautiful log-cabin event space adjacent to The Lodge.

In 1939 the Works Progress Administration built a timbered A-frame gymnasium of local stone and timbers - the beautiful structure that would later become the Longbranch Clubhouse. When the school district consolidated to a larger site, the Longbranch Improvement Club purchased the land and buildings. In 1956 rest rooms, upgraded kitchen facilities and a wooden floor were added. The Longbranch Clubhouse has held an astonishing variety of activities in its colorful history. High school basketball, wartime bandage rolling, huckleberry festivals, fund-raisers, basket socials, Sunday schools and funerals - along with the popular dances and theater events that formed the foundation of this community's social life for generations.
