Venue at the Grove/Olaya events took care of everything from start to finish, which is exactly what my husband and I were looking for. They were well organized, extremely responsive, and it felt like one big team when working with them. On the actual day of the event, everything went smoothly and they made sure to lean on my support system (aka MOH) for miscellaneous questions so that I could enjoy myself on the my big day. We were very happy with our experience!

The Cottage Wedding Venue

4.8

Gilbert, AZ
  • Up to 155 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $3,000

Your wedding should be a representation of your individual personalities as well as your mutual love and vibe as a couple. It showcases you in front of your guests and sets the tone as to what the new chapter of your life starts out as. It all starts with a venue. Location is arguably the most important part of the wedding planning process. It is not only the first thing that will make an impact, but the entire atmosphere will be infused into every aspect of the event. That’s why, couples who love to be outdoors, are moving away from traditional wedding options and choosing backyard weddings with a more comfortable event venue and atmosphere. You don’t need to fly to an exotic place to have a beautiful backdrop for your wedding day. While the sandy beaches and mountains are nice, the trees and blooming flowers in a garden are just as good. Another advantage of organizing your wedding outdoors is to let Mother Nature take the lead in decorating.

Destiny and Dina did amazing at accommodating, communication and being quick with a fix being that is rained on my wedding day ALL day. The food through the venue was amazing!!!! My only complaint would be wishing we had been able to get to the venue earlier than we were allowed, felt a little rushed. Overall loved the venue & the girls.

I helped my friend plan her wedding here, and it was such a beautiful wedding. The bride had a LOT of decor but the team there set it all up perfectly. The wedding was in December but the weather was still great. The venue is stunning, and her pictures came out amazing. She went with the venue's recommended vendors and they did a great job. Her buffet was delicious as were the cocktails! Definitely recommend for a gorgeous event and stress-free planning experience.

Lindsay Grove By Wedgewood Weddings

5.0

Mesa, AZ
  • Up to 200 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $4,545

Explore an awe-inspiring wedding venue unlike any other in the Valley. Lindsay Grove by Wedgewood Weddings is a Victorian estate and whimsical garden that will take your breath away. Enter a secret refuge from the city. Stroll through the manicured grounds and find yourself transported to a bygone era. With two dramatic ceremony options and both indoor or outdoor reception options, it's easy to fall in love with this enchanting estate inspired by Victoriana whimsy.

I certainly wish I could give more than 5 stars! As an event planner, the planning process has so many intricate steps & it can be a challenge for everyone involved to be happy, or to have all of our "needs" met. The Lindsay Grove team was *phenomenal*. From the moment I first reached out with questions about package options, I was not rushed, my questions were answered thoroughly & EVERYONE I spoke with throughout the planning process genuinely cared about our event. Each and every step of the planning process was documented, incredibly detailed, and easy to understand. I personally worked with Bailee and Alissa throughout, & cannot express enough gratitude for everything they did to help support me during the planning & execution of our event. As someone who just planned my own wedding last year, Lindsay Grove/Wedgewood Weddings made each and every step easy-peasy because of how they structure their packages. It was SO easy to communicate with each vendor involved in our package and boy, did everyone involved deliver. The food from their chef was beyond deliciousss & so much better than your average dry, lame, wedding meal. My clients & their families were absolutely blown away by what Lindsay Grove delivered & the incredible experience they had. This crew made planning fun, which is not easy to say. I was so relaxed and confident in our preparation & execution that I highly and resoundingly recommend booking your next event with Lindsay Grove!

Arizona Inn

5.0

Tucson, AZ
  • Up to 150 guests
  • Limited services
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $8,000

The Inn was established in 1930 by Isabella Greenway. We are a historic boutique hotel. The ballrooms are not like any other banquet ballroom. The modestly appointed rooms are inviting: with suitable french doors to ignite the space and classic chandeliers to enhance the ambiance. Each space includes a private outdoor courtyard. The Inn offers a unique historic location for a delightful occasion that you and your guests will never forget!

It is easy to recommend the Arizona Inn as a great place to hold a wedding reception. We hosted our daughter's reception there. Crystal and the staff at the Arizona Inn could not have been more helpful, courteous and thoughtful. They anticipated the rhythym of the event and made suggestions for maintaining the tenor that we wanted. When situations arose requiring special consideration the staff responded. The rooms we used were beautifully arranged and welcoming, and the grounds, as usual, were spectacular. We can recommend the Arizona Inn and their staff, without qualification.

The Orchard by Wedgewood Weddings

4.7

Menifee, CA
  • Up to 300 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Outdoor
  • Starts at $5,540

The Orchard by Wedgewood Events is an ideal fairytale escape. This outdoor-only event venue is ideal for weddings of all sizes. Your guests will love the tranquil lake, rustic charm, and back to nature vibe at this dedicated event venue. An enchanting lily pond, luxe pavilion & open-air kitchen create a timeless escape. The classic bandstand in the middle of the reflecting pool creates the ultimate wedding backdrop offset with a sparkling fountain and bistro lights.

This location is stunning. It’s a completely hidden gem. Their all inclusive prices are pretty much unbeatable. They forgot two huge things for us which still upsets me till this day and no one ever formally apologized, but that doesn’t take away from the perfection it still was.

I had my wedding at Hawk Ranch on 9/2/22 and it was AMAZING! I attended a celebration of life here the year prior and knew this was going to be my venue. Crystal was my coordinator and she was absolutely incredible. From helping me put my vision together, to making recommendations where I was stuck to being extra flexible with my requests. She was always there for me. I’m raising a 9 month old and my husband works 50-60 hours a week so when I felt stuck or needed a little push Crystal was there with help and answers. Now the venue. Holy cow. It’s stunning as it is but, when you see this place come to life your jaw will drop. The bridal suite, the lights, the furniture, table dressings and your carefully chosen florals… it’s like a fairy tale. I could go on and on about the venue and the people but, I think it’s best you experience it yourself.

Sunshine Loft

5.0

Wrightwood, CA
  • Up to 20 guests
  • Raw space
  • Outdoor
  • Starts at $400

Mico-wedding venue in beautiful downtown Wrightwood. Nestled at 6,000 feet elevation in the Angeles National Forest, this venue can host a mico-wedding of around 20 guests, it can also host 7 guests overnight.

Very modern conservative venue. My wife and I had a small wedding on the deck with immediate family and very close friends. Plenty of room for us (10 people, Wife and I, our parents, best man and maid of honor with their dates.) The scenery was sunny and inviting, quiet venue even though it is in the middle of town. We stayed in the Sunshine Loft and got to explore the area afterwards. Local food was home-styled. People in town were friendly. Plenty of hiking, and small shops to explore. We’ll return again for an anniversary or weekend get away. Couldn’t have been happier.
