We worked with Oso Events for planning photobooth services for our November 2022 San Francisco wedding and they were absolutely wonderful! We are so glad we put our trust in their team and would recommend them again & again. PLANNING Michelle and Raymundo were responsive, warm and professional throughout the planning process. Choosing vendors can be overwhelming and Oso helped greatly by narrowing down a list based on our budget and vision. For example, Oso found us a stunning venue in our ideal location and within budget. They also provided guidance and resources to ensure we were on track throughout the planning process. We had some vendors that were challenging to work with and having Michelle & Raymundo’s support navigating that was invaluable, especially during the week before our wedding when stress levels were highest. We are so grateful to them for taking much of that stress off our hands. They also provided all the decor for our wedding like the welcome sign, table numbers, photo frames, and candles. Michelle is incredibly talented with a great eye for design and makes a lot of the decor by hand. Everything in their inventory was beautiful and it was easy to find decor that fit with our style and vision. One relatively small detail but very helpful service they offered was coordinating the printing of our seating chart, ceremony programs, and menus. One less task we has to think about leading up the wedding. COORDINATION They were the GREATEST help on the day of the wedding - coordinating with all our vendors, setting up our reception space, checking in on us throughout the wedding, bringing us food, securing our gifts & cards, and so much more. Our reception was beautiful and went smoothly thanks to their coordination. Several of our family members who interacted with them commented on how helpful and nice they were. I am sure there were problems we never even heard about because they were handling it behind the scenes. We were able to enjoy our wedding and soak in every minute with our family and friends because Oso did an amazing job making sure everything else was taken care of. PHOTOBOOTH Our guests loved the photobooth! They had beautiful backdrop options and we chose the peonia flower wall which was gorgeous in person. Fun props were provided. They made it easy to customize and design our photostrip template. We even received an online gallery with all our guests’ pictures shortly after the wedding. Hiring Oso Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We loved working with Michelle & Raymundo and are so grateful for all the hard work they & their team put into our wedding. We’d recommend them to anyone!

Two Perfect Events is excellent at fulfilling the vision that you bring to them (we had an art deco garden party theme for our wedding, with the ceremony in a greenhouse and the reception at a Peruvian restaurant). They’re also great at ensuring you consider all facets of a wedding to be prepared for anything. It attests to the quality of their work that Leo, Leah, and the Two Perfect Events team do before and during the big day that our wedding went off literally without a hitch (actually not literally, because we did get hitched!). The event flow went flawlessly all due to Two Perfect Events working behind the scenes to coordinate, schedule, and ensure every last detail and request was fulfilled, all while caring for us newlyweds and keeping us hydrated, which allowed us to stay in the present and enjoy our wedding while they worried about the small details. One example to highlight just how spectacular Two Perfect Events is at making your dream a reality — our wedding included the Jewish wedding tradition of breaking a glass to conclude the ceremony. We decided that we wanted to stomp the glass at the exact moment when the beat dropped and the music swelled in our recessional song choice (“6’s to 9’s” by Big Wild). We had one chance to get it right, because the first time we’d even practice with the DJ would be live on the big day. During the rehearsal, Leo tracked the practice ceremony with a stopwatch in order to inform the DJ and perfectly time the moment. We truly did not believe it would actually be possible, and yet — the moment that we smashed the glass and the music swelled simultaneously, while our friends and family cheered us on, is one of the highlights of our wedding day. The attention to detail that Leo showed with the stopwatch exemplifies the quality that Two Perfect Events delivers.

I cannot say enough incredible things about Erin. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it! Look no further for any of your wedding planning needs. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on.
