“Dan and the entire team were phenomenal to work with. Every thing we asked for, they delivered on, down to the confetti cannons. Don't overthink it- this team is amazingly professional, highly skilled and really, really fun!!! You won't regret booking them! We had a ceremony piano which was gorgeous on the beach and a string quartet that performed from the upstairs balcony during the cocktail hour - both of which incorporated our specific requests and more general stylistic requests (e.g., more modern songs that you might not expect to hear a string quartet play). The Hook Club really brought the party for our reception and after party- we had an incredible band with amazing stage presence and the after party DJ was great about taking our in-the-moment requests which made for an amazing night. I personally missed the confetti earlier on and Dan was kind enough to do a little more for me even as we approached the end of the night. Again- can't say enough good things. If you book them please invite me to your wedding so I can enjoy it all again!!!!”

“If there’s one thing you should take away from this review, it is this - You should DEFINITELY hire Herbert Holler to DJ your wedding! From the very first phone call, it was obvious that he is someone who loves his job. He has an extensive knowledge and love of music means no matter what you want the soundtrack of your wedding or event to be, he’s got you and your guests of ALL ages covered. He was communicative, easy to work with, clearly invested in making sure we had a great time at our wedding, and that everything ran as smoothly as possible. In fact, at one point, he noticed from behind the booth that we were one man short for lifting someone up in the chair during our extensive Hora. So what did he do? He put his headphones down, ran onto the dance floor, and kept the party going! As a musician and music lover myself, it was hard to trust someone else with the evening’s setlist, but we are so glad we did. He was super keyed into the dance floor, and read the crowd like an expert, always knowing exactly what song to serve up. We danced our aes off and could not have had a better evening. We even rented one of his lighting packages, which he set up to perfection. Herbert, thank you for helping us with our live performances, and for giving us such an incredibly memorable night!!”

We had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic, but throughout it all the band was so flexible and accommodating. Planning a wedding on an island comes with additional challenges, but they were easy to work with in securing their accommodations and ferry reservations (i.e. they did it all). George was professional, responsive and supportive. After the wedding, they even DJ’d music at the after party and kept the energy pumping into the night.
