I’d be happy to talk your ear off about personality types when you have five hours to spare. I love all things related to personality, birth order, human behavior - all that jazz. My listening and empathy skills are on point. Plus, if you get a case of wedding day jitters, I’ve got you.

Whether it be a smile while lost in the warmth of a partner’s arms or a tear rolling down a father's cheek as he leads his daughter down the aisle. I am a Wedding and Lifestyle Photographer based in Hartford, Connecticut. I take you on a journey of Storytelling through Capturing Memories. I have been a trusted Maui family and wedding photographer since 2012. We are the award-winning husband and wife duo behind Birch Tree Photography. We met in engineering school and starting shooting weddings together before we were even married. After our two adorable boys were born, Nina wanted to focus on being the best mom possible, so she switched gears a bit and started focusing on things like our couples' experience, scheduling, and social media. She still shoots a handful of weddings with me throughout the year, when time allows (or if there are food trucks involved... hint hint!)

Photography has been a huge part of my life for over 16 years. I am based out of Pittsburgh PA, but always willing to travel to you! Specializing in weddings, engagement, family, maternity, newborn, and the list goes on.
