Our historic house was built and finished in 1774 and was the home of New Jersey's first elected Governor William Livingston. Situated on 200 private acres, Chelsea Sun boasts a 20,000 square foot Mansion surrounded by miles & miles of lush, unspoiled countryside with unparalleled views of the famous Delaware Water Gap Mountain pass from our ceremony hill! Conveniently located about an hour from the greater Northern New Jersey/ New York City area & only 1.5 hrs from Philly, Chelsea Sun Inn is an ideal destination location! No fee for ceremony on site! Ceremony chairs are included! An officiant is also available if needed! Chelsea Sun's main house can sleep 30 adults and 15 children comfortably with breakfast optional for everyone the next morning. Add in the large outdoor inground pool, outdoor heated jacuzzi spa, fire pit & you have all the makings for a perfect family & friends' celebration!
