I had the privilege of working with Michelle for month of coordinator. My expectations were over-exceeded, Michelle did a phenomenal job on the experience itself. I'm not local to the Tampa area (currently in Atlanta) so I planned everything from afar. From our first initial phone conversation, where she helped recommend several vendors even before I had booked her, all the way to my wedding day, where even day of we had a mishap with the venue and chair situation, Michelle was professional, always cool, calm and collected, and a huge problem solver. I highly recommend working with Michelle, even though she was a busy bee for several weddings at a time, she never made me feel like just another number or just another bride. I cannot say enough great things about Cayla. I was worried about the process of having a coordinator for the wedding because I’ve heard horror stories about coordinators who are a disaster or yell at everyone. Cayla was the complete opposite. She was so easy to work with. She had such a calm presence and truly made the day so much smoother. As a type A bride, I was also nervous that I wouldn’t be able to relax on the big day, but it was so easy to know that Cayla was there. She was so friendly to all my guests/wedding party. She did all the set up and tear down so that my friends and family could enjoy the whole day. She went over ever single detail and plan and helped coordinate so much with my vendors. We had several calls and even a walk through a few days before the wedding. I would recommend Cayla 100,000 times to anyone looking for a coordinator who makes your day exactly how you want it!

Hire Janova Events. Jenn was an absolute godsend to our event. I know virtually nothing about planning an event, and Jenn was out in the trenches with me coordinating all the small details I surly would have missed. We got on biweekly calls to discuss everything that needed to be completed and she’d give me “homework” to get done before our next call. These tasks broken up into manageable pieces were exactly what I needed to maintain sanity. Also, Jenn’s eye for design and color is incredible. I had no idea what napkin fold to choose, because frankly who cares? Well Jenn does, and her choice looked stunning. Also, uplighting? Who knows what color to choose? I sure didn’t. Jenn did. The blush she chose day of looked beautiful with our decor. She is the reason our event went as seamlessly as it did. If I could hire her 10 more times, I would.
