Petrova Chocolates was established in 2020 and since then we have been focusing on creating eye-catching, artisanal chocolate bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars and caramels with unique flavor combinations. Our chocolates are the perfect sweet touch to every event whether as a guest gift, a chocolate dessert table set-up or as a delicious name tag at every guest's seat. Hi! My name is Jen and I'm the owner of Blue Goose Bakery. I operate a licensed home bakery specializing in custom orders. I started my journey baking for family and friends. Almost 10 years later, I am so proud of what my business has grown to organically.

A recent transplant from NYC. Michelle has always been an avid baker and cook, Michelle enrolled in The Institute of Culinary Education’s School of Pastry and Baking Arts and graduated in September of 2013 with Highest Honors. Following her externship, Michelle launched her own business, Eat Great Cake where she creates custom cakes and pastries. Michelle attended the University of California San Diego and has completed numerous certificate programs in the culinary arts.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.
