I haven't looked back since! I opened Magnolia Jane Salon to bring a different experience to the area; blending together the modern techniques and trends I worked with in Charlotte with the friendly, welcoming vibes of small town life. During her last year of university, humans from far and wide began hearing of her work and requested an appointment for their special events. What began as a small fiery passion, grew into a dream come true.

Talented, Motivated, and Ambitious, Makeup Artist Shajara Rodriquez began her beauty career as a fragrance consultant when she moved from New York to North Carolina. After ladies would ask her to help them with makeup tips, she fell in love with the way women would look in the mirror and smile at their transformation. From there, Shajara embarked on a career in the Beauty Industry. Shajara has worked on the sets of Charlotte Seen Fashion Show, Photoshoots, numerous weddings and special events.
