I'm a Bay Area native with over 12 years in the commercial photography realm. I got my start on the beaches of Los Angeles back in 2012 shooting commercial swimwear campaigns for some of the best designers in swim and fashion. That opened the door to countless opportunities with modeling agencies, reality television, and fashion design. In 2018 I made the move back up north to San Francisco where I grew up. With a wide network of friends and family up here, I found myself catapulted into the Wedding and Elopement industry - and absolutely loved it! I'm honored when I get to be a part of one of the best days of a couple's life together.

My journey as a photographer began in my teenage years when my Uncle, an avid photographer, sparked my love for the art by showing me the magic of capturing life's moments. With over 100 weddings under my belt as a lead photographer and mentorship from some of the Bay Area's top wedding photographers, I bring a wealth of experience to each and every shoot. I’m Flora and I'm a California native who loves to travel and chase the light in Big Sur. I love to ski, snowboard, hike, kayak and explore new locations. I pair best with couples who seek adventure and give me their trust to capture their moments. I want to capture the wind in your hair, the way your hand reaches for your partner and the real way you embrace. I am a lover of puppy kisses, the beginning of football season, long drives with the windows down, and the thrill of adventure to new places. I am married to my best friend whom I have known since high school; he's a sweet and athletic hunk of a man who loves his hair and somehow manages to keep it within regulations while serving in the Army. We do not have any human children, but we do have four fur babies whom we are quite frankly obsessed with and are spoiled to no end. When I am not behind the camera, you can find me spending quality time with my family, working on some random DIY project, or binge watching a new show on Netflix.

I am a photographer, mother of three beautiful children and one grandchild. My passion for photography began over 25 years ago with my love of capturing people, unposed, and as their natural selves. Iv'e learned throughout my many years photographing people how to make them comfortable and how to make them relax and forget they are being photographed. Believe me I get it, I very much dislike having my photos taken. I know it seems strange a photographer who dislikes having photos taken. But looking back I realize I should of just got in the photo. Life is short and we tend to overthink things sometimes, but end of the day just do it!

I'm endlessly optimistic, love traveling, and am always on the search for the perfect cocktail. I am very much a dog person, I try to see the good in every day, I believe that guacamole is wonderful but also that cilantro is awful (#teamsoap). I'm lighthearted and try not to take life too seriously. I strive to live a life where I work to live not live to work. I love what I do... I love the people that have been brought into my life through my camera, the lasting friendships that have formed, the wonderful places they bring me to, and the beautiful love stories I've been witness to.
