After much thought, a lot of hard work, and several changes, The Tipsy Pony Party Bar was created into a chic, trendy, pop-up bar, that will surprise your guests. We love doing your weddings and being a WOW factor on your special days.

Founded in 2022, the primary goal of Portion Coffee is to bring a fun and unique (and sometimes much needed) aspect to your wedding or event. We offer a variety of flavors and want to help you create a signature drink that describes you and your loved one best! We do not offer bartending services or any other type of cocktail services. We personalize bottles of our signature sparkling brut rose for your Big Day. We utilize an embedded 3D modeling engine on our website, BigDayBubbles so users can customize their bottles with the happy couple’s names and date of the Big Day! We offer three special fonts white text, to personalize your bottles. (Special fonts are available upon request and require additional production time) After you personalize your bottles, we’ll send you an instant, actual-size .pdf file of your bottle design.

I am Kim Cook, owner and operator of The Rustic Roamer. I started this new business venture as a way to bring a unique and affordable event experience to the Flint Hills and surrounding areas. The Rustic Roamer is a 1970s horse trailer converted into a mobile bar/coffee service bar/event space. Its handmade walnut countertops and cozy, rustic aesthetic make it a perfect addition for weddings, parties, corporate events, and more!
