The 6,600 square ft main floor offers a well-lit, but dimmable space, heated concrete floors and a large ash wood dance floor. Above the dance floor is a loft for musicians or DJs. The beautiful live edge bar area includes everything you'll need except the booze and the bar tender. It has a two keg kegerator with built in wall mount taps and an icemaker. The spacious, full service kitchen has everything but the caterer and the lease includes all tables and chairs. Upstairs is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom loft with central air. The bridal suite has 1 king size bed. There is 1 queen size room and a 2 double bed room with plenty of room for an air mattress or cots. The winery was designed as a French Country-style chalet, featuring a Great Room with two fireplaces and cathedral ceilings. There is a large granite tasting bar. A spiral staircase leads to a second floor and a private suite where brides and bridesmaids can get relax before the ceremony or reception. Outside, there is a spacious patio for entertaining and acres of land that can accomodate a large party tent and plenty of parking. The patio overlooks the Susquehanna River and surrounding vineyards.
