“Leilani was hands down my favorite vendor to work with for my wedding! The trial was a breeze - we decided on the look and Leilani took some notes and even went out and bought a lip color she thought would be great between then and my wedding date. The day of communication was AMAZING! She let me know when she was leaving to head over to our prep location along with her ETA. This was such a relief because I had other vendors who changed schedules at the last minute or arrived late etc. She had such a calm presence in a hectic environment with me, my wedding party, my mom and stepmom and flower girls! When I sat down to get my makeup done, it was like I could take a deep breath and relax. Literally everyone loved their look - we had some who chose a more natural look and some who wanted a more done up look. Leilani executed both flawlessly! My make up stayed gorgeous throughout the entire day - from 2 p.m. when she put on the final touches until the dance floor closed down at 11 p.m. And it looked great in pictures for my outdoor first look & ceremony shots + in the reception tent w/ lights after the sun went down during the reception/first dance etc. Honestly - if you have the chance to work with Leilani jump at it!”

“I'd first met Heather at a Rhode Island PrideFest, and instantly saw how much talent she had. Every piece she did looked amazing, her precision was immaculate. I went to her several times over the years, and when my now wife and I began planning our wedding, I brought up the idea of having wedding henna done. My wife agreed, and I knew immediately that I needed to contact Heather. We met up with her at a nearby farm where she was holding a henna event, and she sat with us discussing what we would like done for the wedding for probably a half-hour or so. She sketched design ideas out, which we loved, and made a contract right then and there. Our wedding henna was stunning. We received so many compliments on it that night, and repeatedly after as it lasted beautifully for quite some time. We still get comments if someone sees wedding photos. Throughout the entire process, Heather was a dream to work with. Very kind and professional, she is exactly the caring presence a stressed bride-to-be needs.”

“Communicating with Graceful Beauty KC was very easy and clear. They respond to all questions in a timely manner. They were able to easily add a last-minute additional makeup and hair session to my timeline. The makeup artists were so kind and really added to the positive, exciting atmosphere of my day. They nailed everyone's looks. My bridal look turned out exactly how I had envisioned and stay all night and even into the next morning. They are about average in cost as well. My only negative takeaway is that our hair stylist was an hour and a half late without giving us a heads-up. HOWEVER, she had gone into labor the night before so totally understandable. I do wish that the company would have communicated this and sent someone to replace her. She was so dedicated that she ended up not having her baby and came to do our hair anyway - she was amazing. The miscommunication with the company did put us way behind schedule and I was not able to do a first look with my bridal party. Overall I recommend Graceful Beauty KC.”

“Out of all my venders the day of she was the only one who showed up early to set up and start on time. She airbrushed my bridal party (8) plus me in 5 1/2 hrs. She’s so knowledgeable during my trial she she gave me the option to bring on one of her team members ($50 fee) or if we wanted just her. I chose just her because she was so quick and her work is beautiful. I was so grateful to my friend for recommending her I will only use her from now on. I have never looked or felt as beautiful as I did when she did my makeup.”
