DJ Jazzy J first played her way onto the music scene in 2013. DJ Jazzy J surely knows how to mix it up with new and old sounds. Jazzy J will help plan the wedding by providing a questionnaire to pick out the music and help with the order of the reception. Starting piano lessons at the age of four, Steve quickly developed a knack for music. During high school, he trained privately under the renowned NC School of the Arts music professor, Dr. Clifton Matthews. He can play with printed music, but prefers to play by ear, utilizing his unique ability to play any song he’s heard, and easily taking requests, often on the spot. Steve has performed with a variety of bands and duos along the East Coast, but likes to focus primarily on solo performances for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, dinner parties, and other elegant events.

Bassist and bandleader Josh Levine got his start in the professional music business busking in SoHo with The Flying Neutrinos in ’93, so when NYC shut down in Spring of 2020, he capitalized on his experience as a street performer and began to play regularly in the parks of NYC with percussionist and sonero, Jainardo Batista, renowned flutist Itai Kriss making his debut on Cuban trés guitar, and María Raquel on vocals and minor percussion. Before long, the quartet had generated some buzz, several venues hired them to play outdoors and pianist Gabriel Chakarji and Grammy winning flutist and vocalist Jeremy Bosch became staples of the group.
