Haus 820 is a historic architectural building, featuring wall-to-wall whitewashed brick walls, large warehouse windows and black industrial finishes; a perfect balance of vintage and modern. Originally built in 1924, our Haus was formerly an A&P grocery store. The refurbished 7,500 square foot space has a white interior full of natural light. With 22-foot open rafter ceilings, charcoal-stained and sealed cement floors, and an expansive footprint that will seat up to 500 seated guests, Haus 820 is a fully renovated historic warehouse and the premier event venue in Central Florida.

We started our Ranch in 2008 with just cattle. We built our house here in 2011 and in 2012 our son and daughter in law decided to have their wedding here. After that we had a lot of people asking to have a wedding or an event here, so we decided to build our Barn to share our beautiful property for weddings, receptions, parties, fundraiser or special event.

The Garden Ballroom located in the Olde Towne Square in Downtown Winter Haven is a rare find. Once you enter the building, you will be amazed at the setting. Built in 1926, this arcade style structure takes you back to a small town, train station vibe that photographs so beautifully. Our beautiful 2 story lakeside lodge was built in 1925. The Italian inspired architecture and stunning views have made it a popular vacation spot for the elite and famous in the past. Now an exclusive hire venue, it has been tastefully renovated to complement the original cypress ceilings, grand staircases, and period chandeliers throughout. With an indoor capacity of 150 guests in the ballroom, or outdoor capacity of 200 guests either in the courtyard or on the lawn overlooking Lake Pierce , Bella Cosa is the perfect space to cater to all your requirements. We have one, or two-day venue rental packages available, with optional on-site accommodation in our 11 guest suites for up to 30-32 people. Not to mention a dedicated “getting ready room” providing the perfect space to prepare for your big day.

Scars Farm is a grand event venue that has a host of areas for celebrations of all kinds. Its an idyllic 54-acre site that offers a large strawberry-shaped pond lined with palm trees and rolling green fields that overlook beautiful wildflowers on our lake, making it a unique and tranquil backdrop to your special day. Forever can start in our 5,000-square-foot monitor barn and 3,400-square-foot open barn that accommodates beautiful outdoor receptions. The rustic open barn offers views of our strawberry-shaped pond and palm trees, while the modern monitor barn is surrounded by 124ft of glass doors/windows and is the crown jewel of the property. There are multiple ceremony locations to choose from. Exchange vows under one of the magnificent trees overlooking our lake with seating arranged for your guests. Venue 650 is a historic wedding venue located in Winter Haven, Florida that was originally home to The Florida Chief newspaper, dating back to 1911. While it boasts plenty of charm, the venue also boasts the convenience of being near the big cities of Tampa and Orlando and all the activities and entertainment they have to offer. You and your wedding party will truly find plenty to learn about and do in this space.

The Sugar Barn is located on a 45-acre Ranch in Lake Wales, in Central Florida’s Polk County. The Whidden’s purchased the ranch in 2005 and have been developing the perfect location for your barn wedding, celebration, or corporate event. This unique venue is not an old converted barn but a beautiful new Montana Red Spruce structure with the warmth and character of a rustic setting, but with all the commercial amenities you need for a successful, comfortable, and elegant event. The barn has been built with soaring 45-foot ceilings and a stone fireplace, beautiful crystal chandeliers, a catering kitchen, and an oversized, 1200 sq ft bridal suite. Your guests will walk along the 120-foot bridge, across the stocked pond, to the Wild Orange ceremony location, which also features a restroom facility and a bachelor’s cottage. The orchard next to the barn grows sugar cane, thus lending to the name The Sugar Barn.

Blue View Barn is family owned and operated on our farm as a way to share our beautiful property for weddings and receptions. Our barn venue sits on 33 acres with tall pine trees and beautiful oak trees. We are in Winter Haven, home of Legoland between Tampa and Orlando in the heart of central Florida. Our venue features a reception barn, outdoor chapel, dance floor, outdoor bar, caterer's kitchen, bridal suite and groom saloon.
