We loved our experience with Mostest. We worked with Audrey, who was absolutely incredible. I planned the whole wedding by myself and so having her support in the final part & especially day of was so so helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about Tavi. From her professionalism, to being detail oriented, to her other vendor recommendations she was always spot on. As a type A bride, I wanted to work with someone I could depend on and Tavi far exceeded my expectations. Tavi not only coordinated my wedding, but handled the design element and brought my vision to life. After searching the internet for planners that had done weddings at our venue we came across Positively Charming Weddings. We had previously met with a few other planners but after our initial call with Carissa she really stood out to us and we immediately knew we would be in good hands with her. And let me tell you, she didn’t disappoint! We decided to hire Carissa for our June 2023 wedding. Initially we had no idea what we needed to look for in regards to wedding planning services but Carissa really helped to break it down and fine tune a package that worked best for what we needed and what was within our budget. Even though we had the partial wedding package, Carissa was always available to us for any questions we had during the entire process. As we got closer to the big day, she really helped to keep us on track with what we should be working on as well. Her list of recommended vendors comes highly rated and you also get a discount for being referred ! If it wasn’t for Carissa we wouldn’t have found the vendors we went with and our day just wouldn’t have been the same without our team of vendors. Jane and Jon were an absolute pleasure to work with! We interviewed a few planners and didn't feel a connection until we spoke with Jane and it clicked immediately for us! She was knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel comfortable about the wedding planning process. Though we live on different coasts, she always made herself available to chat and even flew over to do a bunch of site visits with us which we really appreciated. She listened to our expectations for our wedding and provided advice and thoughts along the way to make it even better. On the day of the wedding, you could just tell that Jane was a professional and a well oiled machine. She handled everything seamlessly (seriously, everything was perfect!) and the wedding was amazing largely due in part to Jane and her team! Trang was a godsend for us for our wedding. We had our wedding in DTLA at the Millwick. We had about 100 guest. We got her for our Day of Coordinator, and the day went very smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about anything because Trang handled it all. It took a lot of stress off us. We booked her for our day of Coordinator but I felt she was there all along helping guide us and giving us pointers. Trang really went above and beyond. The week leading up to the wedding I was very stressed. She helped put our seating chart unto a template for a projector screen which the venue provided. This helped alleviate some of the stress and we really appreciated it. We highly recommend booking with Trang. Not only was she efficient, she was easy to work with and gave us great tips. When I got to the venue and seeing my vision come to life, I was in awe . The most perfect day and Trang helped execute it.

She really made an effort to get to know the bride and groom, and tailor her services to their desires. If you’re undecided about hiring a wedding planner, DO IT. If you don’t know if you need one, that means YOU DO. Furthermore, I highly recommend you book Christina with Ingobgo events. I met her at the Los Angeles Wedding Expo on Sept 24th, 2023. She was the only planner I spoke to at the expo that really took time to explain what a wedding process is like. I know that might sound silly but I felt pretty clueless and the extra energy she gave was very appreciated. At these expos there are hundreds of people filtering through and I felt like she was really passionate about her craft. In less than 2 weeks my then fiancé and I met with her in person and happily signed our contract with 134 days until it was time to say “I do.” Reasons why I loved working with her on my wedding: - She made decisions when I didn’t want to. I never grew up envisioning a wedding so I was pretty clueless for well, most things. I didn’t have a vision for flowers for instance. She crafted a proposal for my flower vision based on elements like favorite color, bridesmaid dresses etc. She literally would put things together and “say tell me if you love it, hate it, or any other feelings you have.” This helped me feel more comfortable to be authentic and honest along the wedding journey. - She negotiated rates for things I wouldn’t have fathomed as negotiable - She gave honest feedback to vendors and had tough conversations I didn’t have the energy for - She joined planning calls we had with our vendors (videographer/DJ) and managed vendor calls that weren’t necessary for us to be on (flowers, furniture) - She met with us in person more times than we anticipated which was great given that we were planning a wedding in 4 months. Meeting in person often isn’t necessary but when you’re moving quickly in a short period of time sometimes the humanizing measures really make the biggest difference like they did here. - She kept us on track with budget and payments. - She uses an app for organizing, designing and tracking your wedding. If you love google docs then you’ll love this process. I’m more of an excel gal and don’t use apps too often but I definitely appreciated the organization of the this! - She has a day of assistant Katie who was funny, and extremely helpful to all members of the wedding party. By the end of the 4 months my partner and I would commonly refer to Christina as our “wedding mom.” I feel sad that the wedding journey has come to an end but I am so happy with how everything transpired. My husband and I had an amazing time, and thanks to Christina we felt our evening was flawless (even though I forgot to bring my husbands bow tie so she had her assistant go get us one at the last hour!) I could keep going but I know this kudos is super long already. My final comment is that no one should have to go thru this process without a “wedding mom.” We will forever be grateful to Christina and all the support and TLC she gave us for our special day.
