We are located on 5 acres of zoned agricultural working farm land and is also home to friendly farm animals and our locally grown farm market. Haus 820 is a historic architectural building, featuring wall-to-wall whitewashed brick walls, large warehouse windows and black industrial finishes; a perfect balance of vintage and modern. Originally built in 1924, our Haus was formerly an A&P grocery store. The refurbished 7,500 square foot space has a white interior full of natural light. The Mather Building is located at 30 S. Magnolia Avenue. It is a three-story building constructed by Edward Kuhl and James Delaney. The structure predates the major 1884 fire which began in Delaney’s nearby wooden grocery store, spread to Bassett’s Millinery Store and then to Dr. R.J. Gilliam’s Drug Store. The large fire also destroyed the printing plant of the Reporter, Orlando’s first newspaper.
