Hello! I'm Jillian, I have been baking since childhood. In the early days, I was always the girl who made cupcakes for friends and provided sweet treats for holidays and parties. Baking remained a hobby for me as I pursued an education in massage therapy and developed coffee-making and customer service skills at the local Starbucks. I started growing the idea of Rose & Petal Cakery in 2019 in the midst of the pandemic. I’m so grateful for the support I’ve received and continue to receive; from repeat customers to the new & intrigued!

While we’re most known for our authentic crepes, we also offer authentic Liege-style waffles, croques madame and monsieur and of course good quality coffee and coffee drinks; our cappuccinos and espressos are top notch! In addition, we offer various European pastries such as the decadent Gallette Des Rois, madeleines, cute colored macarons, ham and cheese puff rolls, and much more. Natacha Legein, the chef/owner is originally from Belgium and the Congo and as such grew up on French cuisine.

I’m Schantel, owner of Maxine Baked. I’m a wife, daughter, sister, friend, and baking enthusiast. My love for cake is homegrown through countless hours spent working side by side, in the kitchen, with my grandmother. Grammie Maxine, keeper of my family, was and remains my biggest influence. She was a woman who took absolute pleasure in preparing homemade meals and desserts for her family. Her baking in particular, was always from scratch and made with the utmost love and care. Over the past few years, baking has worked its way through my heart.

Petrova Chocolates was established in 2020 and since then we have been focusing on creating eye-catching, artisanal chocolate bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars and caramels with unique flavor combinations. I am a small, one woman-operated home bakery that specializes in custom buttercream cakes and macarons for birthdays, engagement parties, and small weddings. I began as a cake artist in 2020 and have fallen in love with creating realistic buttercream flowers and piping vintage-style Lambeth cakes.
