Hello there! My name is Paty and I am a Cake Artist with more than 10 years of experience. I specialize in wedding cakes and ultra-realistic cakes. My experience with baked goods comes from my childhood back in South America where I grew up. My small pastry business was created in New York City where I went to cake decorating school. In addition to making cake art, I teach baking classes for kids and adults and my dream is to be able share and teach the secrets about baking with whoever needs it. I have always loved baking ever since I was little. I even wanted to travel the world and get a bachelor's in science of pastry. While I was doing that I ended up starting my own company here by Winter Park Florida in September of 2021. I decided to take a leap one week and put everything I had into starting up my own cookie business. Since then I've had a whole neighborhood behind me, my friends have been behind me, my family been behind me.
