We can create any dessert spread you desire! Everything is made by hand including our french macarons, cake and cupcake fillings (no jelly here!), and ganaches. We don't buy pre made batters, crusts, fillings or anything else.

We are a hometown, small-batch bakery located in Durham, NH. We specialize in custom cakes, cupcakes, & cookies. Baking and flavor is our passion and helping couples create their dream cake & dessert bar is what we do best!

Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries. Shauna and her husband and partner Bob have been trained by an expert baristas at Atomic Coffee Roasters and are proud to serve drinks brewed with their beans. All our espresso drinks are made with our gorgeous Italian made La Marzocco machine.

Petrova Chocolates was established in 2020 and since then we have been focusing on creating eye-catching, artisanal chocolate bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars and caramels with unique flavor combinations. Our chocolates are the perfect sweet touch to every event whether as a guest gift, a chocolate dessert table set-up or as a delicious name tag at every guest's seat. Stacey knew at an early age when she was “playing” with her Easy-Bake Oven that she wanted to be a chef. Stacey and her husband are both chefs, who met in Germany. After they were married and began having a family, Stacey began food blogging under the name Sprinkles by Stacey. In March 2020, Stacey decorated her first sugar cookie and was instantly hooked! By May 2020, Sprinkles by Stacey became an official cookie business. She has had the opportunity to create cookies for life's moments from showers, weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

HI, I am all the things that make up E(at)xactly Cakes. I am a homestead bakery here for all your cake needs. I like to keep things low key and personal. My business is a small operation but it allows me to continue the one on one experience with each of my couples. I am a lover of dogs and do have an 80lb golden who will greet you during your tasting if you would like. My music choice depends on what Im doing and how I'm feeling but most nights do end with a 70's rock dance party in the living room with my husband and 3yo. I am very excited to talk weddings and cake with you! I want to hear all about your vision and design your dream cake!

CHIC is a culmination of my retail, styling, and design background. Truthfully, the idea of this little biz was created while on lockdown during the pandemic, a little unorthodox I know, but I was determined. I identified this gap in the market the summer prior... after struggling to find a pretty dessert cart for an event at my client's new business launch. Viola! CHIC cotton candy was born, serving the cosmopolitan Boston market; giving a traditional childhood treat-- a chic upgrade. Wherever the party is, we want to be there for you! xo
