I have a degree in business management and have past corporate and non-profit event planning experience, which led me to working with clients from all over the world, bringing their visions to life. We specialize in full-service event planning and offer wedding management coordination, partial planning, community event planning, and non-profit planning services.

My name is Evie and I am a wedding planner. I love to hike and be outside and be with family (including the furry ones, can never forget them!). I started getting interested in wedding planning when I was planning my own wedding from scratch. I started considering what it would be like having a wedding planner to help point me in the right direction because it was very difficult to plan the wedding without a concise order of events and timeline, so it was very difficult to get started and be consistent with planning. Because of my struggles, I became curious and was inspired to start my own journey to become a wedding planner.

My goal is to relieve that stress in any way that I can. During my years, I realized that I love helping people curate their visions in more ways than one. I am blending my passion for service with my love for love, celebrations, photography, videography, & graphic design to bring you a fully curated wedding—without the stress of planning everything yourself AND the price tag of a full panner.

Madison Soderquist is a Fayetteville, Arkansas native and University of Arkansas Alumni. Madison graduated with a Bachelors degree in hospitality with a focus on event management. While attending university, She has worked at many local wedding venues including Sassafras Springs Vineyard and Winery and the Inn at Carnall Hall. She has also worked as an assistant wedding coordinator at Most Joyful Day, and Inventory Specialist at Pretty Old Stuff NWA Vintage Rentals.

I have been coordinating events for 5+ years and fell in love with the methodical creation that comes from planning each different event. Each event is different and has it's own challenges which makes the entire process that much more exciting.

Callie has known that she has wanted to plan events since she was in high school. She has always had a knack for planning and executing events. Callie is a CWEP (Certified Wedding and Event Planner) and possesses a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. She has over eight years of experience in the field not only with owning CGWE, but also working for various DFW vendors and venues and has had the honor of interning for celebrity wedding planner, David Tutera, twice on his bridal show circuit.
