I’ve been doing wedding cakes for about 10 years now and I strive to keep learning and getting better with every cake. I’m proud to say that I’ve recently completed my diploma in Professional Pastry Arts through Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts! Its truly one of my greatest joys in life to be a small part in such big events in people’s lives.
