Hi I'm Lizzy! I'm a wedding photographer based in the crazy-beautiful mountains of Summit County, Colorado with my husband and daughter. More importantly I am a human being who loves climbing and snowboarding with friends, listening to Stevie Nicks, surfing whenever we can escape from the mountains, eating way too many baked goods, and just being outside with my family.

I’ve always loved photography. Yet, it wasn’t until 2008 when I began to travel internationally for work that decided to bring my Nikon D750. I was amazed when I returned home with the images to experience the magic I captured through my lens. My passion for photography was launched on the streets of Madrid, Rome, Amsterdam and Istanbul. While travel photography captivated me for several years, wedding and family photography snuck in and stole my heart. Swimming deeply in God’s grace, I believe my purpose with my talent is simple. Share love, one image at a time.

Someday, years from now, someone close to you will ask about your wedding day - someone that may not have been able to be there, or a new friend or family member who you have welcomed into your life. As you sit on your couch and reminisce while sipping on a cup of coffee, rather than just telling them about your wedding day - I want you to be able to show them. My husband and I met in college while I was pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling. A few years later, he proposed on Anna Maria Island. I am so blessed to be married to my best friend for six years. When we are not working, you can find us cooking paleo recipes, cuddling on the couch with our golden doodle or planning our next getaway. Looking back on our relationship, I am so grateful for every image that we have. I am passionate about serving my clients and providing them with images they will treasure forever. I am honored to become friends with each one of my clients and capture some of the most joy-filled moments of their lives.

The main reason I choose to photograph weddings for my career is because I love the feeling of capturing a love story. There are few days in life as special as a wedding day. My journey with photography began about twelve years ago when my love of making art and appreciation of history came together. During my formal fine art training with film photography and the darkroom, I learned how to be truly intentional with the images I make.
