Great Oak Manor sits on the banks of the Chesapeake Bay on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The Georgian Mansion has twelve large guest rooms and a Carriage House. Because we are on the Bay, most weddings are waterfront on our expansive lawn with tented receptions. Smaller weddings and receptions might be held in our Conservatory.

Bohemia Overlook sprawls over 160 idyllic acres and sits on the shore of the expansive Elk River with unparalleled views. In the center of it all sits Blue Elk Vineyard, 14 acres of the finest wine grapes Maryland has to offer. We offer two tented wedding venues on the water as well as a barn venue. You can choose to rent in smaller blocks of time using our Standard Package or take advantage of our Wedding Package: it provides access to the site across two days to allow for stress-free setup, deliveries, rehearsals, photographs, and event preparations, plus cleaning services and other special accommodations.
