Zingerman’s Bakehouse is an artisanal bakery with a baking school in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We started 30 years ago as a simple bread bakery with a single customer, Zingerman’s Delicatessen. Today we make bread, pastries, cakes, lunch items (and so much more!) that we proudly serve to guests in our bustling shop, our Zingerman’s partner businesses, the southeastern Michigan community and beyond.

Hello! My name is Beisan, a stay at home mom of 2 girls that keep me on my toes. When my daughter was turning 1, I decided to bake some sugar cookies and decorate them (Minnie Mouse theme). I loved them! 1st birthday turned into 2nd then 3rd birthday then cookies for family and friends. After 6 years, from the help of so many family and friends I decided to start BeistCookies. I love seeing customers faces when they see their vision come to life.

The Cake Boutique specializes in high end center of attention cakes. We work with each client to create a unique, delicious cake for your special occasion. Beth is an award winning cake artist and professional chocolatier, learning all she can from Melissa Coppel. She is a certified judge, who travels the US teaching and judging sugar art. I was a 2x competitor on Food Network and Food Network Canada, of which I won! I have been published in: The New York Times, Cake Masters Magazine, and more! We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

I find immense joy in translating visions into reality, whether it's a whimsical fairy-tale castle or an elegant wedding centerpiece. The creative process is a dance of colors, textures, and flavors that allows me to tell stories through sugar and flour. Through my cakes, I aim not only to craft delicious treats but also to create lasting memories, celebrating life's sweet moments in a uniquely artistic way.

As a boutique bakery, your wedding is my top priority. Everything I make is from scratch and I customize every element to you. I only schedule a few weddings every week to give your cake the personal attention and detail it deserves. You won't find large ovens, bulk ingredients and dozens of cakes leaving my kitchen on a weekly basis. I am an artist and feel like your cake should be a work of art. I pride myself on not only making beautiful wedding cakes, but cakes that also taste amazing.
