I'm Katana, the spirited force behind the bar, and I bring over 8 years of exhilarating bartending experience from Austin's iconic Dirty 6th Street, as well as my early beginnings in the captivating Reno Tahoe area, to your special events. With a passion for crafting unforgettable moments and a knack for turning ordinary gatherings into extraordinary celebrations, I'm here to infuse your events with the perfect blend of fun, energy, and sophistication.

We do not offer bartending services or any other type of cocktail services. We personalize bottles of our signature sparkling brut rose for your Big Day. We utilize an embedded 3D modeling engine on our website, BigDayBubbles so users can customize their bottles with the happy couple’s names and date of the Big Day! We offer three special fonts white text, to personalize your bottles. (Special fonts are available upon request and require additional production time) After you personalize your bottles, we’ll send you an instant, actual-size .pdf file of your bottle design.

We help elevate parties with our custom mobile espresso bar! Brooklynd’s Coffee & Tea offers carafe service and mobile coffee catering for weddings and other private events. And, we’re in Austin, where a good cup of specialty coffee or tea is the highest form of social currency. 😉 We’ll work with you to create a custom menu for your guests and on the event day offer an onsite espresso bar with delicious lattes, drip coffee, cold brew, and teas.

Our family has been in the bar industry since the 80’s, we wanted to continue to serve others but with a twist! Making it mobile! Our newly renovated 1961 camper is ready to bring the fun to you! We also offer indoor bar options as well.

While planning my wedding in 2020, I struggled to find an affordable, budget-friendly bar option. I was eventually able to book a couple bartenders, but it got me thinking. After researching and figuring out all of the moving parts, Happiest Hour was born. The second my husband and I landed back in Texas from our honeymoon, we quite literally hit the ground running. I previously bartended at a wedding venue occasionally throughout college and my husband has taught me how to use every power tool in the book. It all came together and it has been an absolute dream come true!
