Idyllwild is an event design company for revolutionary spirits. We create laid-back and luxurious mountain love parties for New York's most passionate people. Idyllwild serves the Hudson Valley, south-central and eastern Catskills, and Western Berkshires, and functions in a hybrid online/in-person capacity. In addition to helping you plan all the visual aspects of your event, we offer floral design service, vendor and rental recommendations, sourced and custom-built decor and signage, and vintage accent furnishings. I'm Charissa owner & lead planner. My door mat says it best, 'running on coffee, wine, and the dogs time', but seriously I start every intro call with the disclaimer that you may hear the barking, snoring or a squeaky toy in the background. I'm the twenty-something-year-old that's gone from throwing "Weddings" in her neighbor's driveway, to throwing them in some pretty bomb venues. So I guess you can say I've been doing this a while. Seriously though with over 8 (official) years of experience in weddings and corporate events, this isn't my first rodeo. Weddings are sort of my thing!

Victoria is equal parts project manager and wedding wizard. She has an extensive background in restaurants, hospitality and venues. Before diving into weddings, Victoria spent several years managing large scale web development projects. She brings a systematic and sensible approach to weddings and is a huge fan of automating anything and everything. When not wrangling weddings, you’ll most often find her listening to a podcast while chasing after her little girl. Some of her favorite things are coffee with cream, Hudson Valley hikes with her husband, and making a mess with her Kitchenaid mixer

Gina Maloney Events & Design is an event planning and design company based in Woodstock, NY. For the past decade Gina has been creating the Hudson Valley’s most beautiful weddings and events. She is now expanding her service offerings and turning her creative eye to home design. Gina takes the time to get to know their clients and truly understand what they are hoping to create. She brings her aesthetic design expertise, project management skills and relentless attention to detail to every project to ensure its success. She takes great pride and pleasure in providing these services and has forged lasting friendships with many of her clients.

While planning events for friends, family and within her activist community as a side hustle for over a decade, Kris has also been a nonprofit event coordinator, farmer, and music festival planner. Kris’ background gives her a unique perspective on each wedding she plans. a Leo with Taurus rising, ENFP, a Peacemaker, Vata-Pitta and she loves a good personality quiz a sucker for fashion, and likes to joke that she can smell a good consignment/vintage shop has a blood caffeine content of .8%, had a wedding Pinterest 8 years before she even met her husband, AND will do anything in her power to give you the wedding you want

I am Dahiana (the Brain's) and along with my husband Julio (the Brawn), we bring you SAJ Events NY. We are new to the Hudson Valley former residents of New York City. We decided in 2018 to move our family of 5 to the Hudson Valley (which by the way we love and should have definitely moved sooner). It all began with an idea and we wanted to launch our business. We wanted to turn a hobby into something more. We have been designing events for the past 15 years and have a passion for creativeness.
