I picked up a camera for the first time over ten years ago and after one too many years of shooting for "fun" I decided to follow my passion for creating and do this thing. I don't want to be ~just~ your photographer or another wedding vendor who shows up on your wedding day and fades into the background, I want to be the ultimate third wheel. I am a lover of love and adventure. I am a pretty down person (I free dive with sharks so if that doesn't say something...) I moved to Hawaii in 4 hours notice and quit my corporate job to chase my dreams and here I am! I'm a bit of a minimalist like to think I'm pretty fun. I'm an ocean conservationist and use my skills to also educate people about human impacts and ways to make shifts in our own lives in order to help the planet. I am really big on quality over quantity. I would rather deliver a handful of WOW photos over a ton of average photos to fill a number.

My experience is unique. I grew up with my white family very cognizant of inequality that existed in the world and the importance of experiencing the outdoors. But there was still much they could never understand. My grandfather, Cherokee, Black, + Blackfeet, would always bring me into the garden with him. I learned how to appreciate our connection to the Earth, the ancient connection our people have, and how that connection had been broken, being stripped from their land.
