I’m an enneagram 2, Sagittarius, that loves long walks on the beach (I really do!) After working for a coffee shop for a number of years, I decided to buy the business, which is now Bow + Arrow Coffeehouse. The shop is a local favorite and hidden gem on the way to Mount Hood. We serve Stumptown coffee, pastries from Marsee Baking and Petunias, and offer breakfast and lunch sandwiches.

We have built Booze Trucks to meet the high standards of experiential design agencies, event production companies, top-tier brands, corporate clients with high attention to detail, professional event planners, do-it-yourself couples, and any other private event organizer. Here’s a little intro before diving into the details - I am a custom mixologist! I started Proof Mobile Bar last September when I got married and wanted to have an elevated version of a mobile bar at my own wedding, but everything on the market was too rustic for my taste. So I created it! Proof is not your normal bartending service. Proof is a classy, curated and elevated experience from the initial inquiry, through creating one-of-a-kind signature drinks to the event itself. While we are both veterans of the military, we have been working in special events as a side business for over a decade. We moved our family to Ridgefield from Boston in 2011 and have loved calling this community home. We enjoy camping with our sons and our three dogs in our spare time. Honeysuckle was co-founded in 2017, but as of 2021, I have been (wo)manning this ship as a sole proprietor, and it has been a crazy and delightful journey! I have over 20 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry and a degree in hospitality management from the lovely Lane Community College.
