We not only pride ourselves in offering the most delicious macarons you might ever taste, but we also make sure they're made with high-quality ingredients. Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.

Owners Felix and Cheryl Sherman, natives of New Orleans, opened the doors at The Ambrosia Bakery on December 1, 1993. Looking back, they can truly say that a lot of things happened for a reason. Beginning as a delivery route truck driver and working his way up to branch manager, Felix learned how to successfully lead a team of people in sales and marketing.
