I got into DJing by accident. After learning that working as an Industrial Engineer in a fortune 500 company didn't bring me much fulfillment, a friend suggested I join his DJ company. His company supplied DJ services for over 200 weddings a year! After my first wedding gig I was hooked. It gave me purpose, and an outlet I never knew was possible. The band has members from Mississippi, but most were born and raised in New Orleans. After being displaced by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, members of the band fled to Dallas and planted their roots within the city.
