We enjoy watching movies, getting take out, and going goo-goo over the king of acting, Mr. Nick Cage! Yes, we’re those kinds of people. ;)

We’re Alex and Jim. We met working together as visual journalists one hot summer in Phoenix, Arizona. We fell in love making documentaries, kept making them for awhile all over the country (and West Africa), then decided to make movies together forever and got hitched. To put it simply, we love what we do and we love doing it together.

Hi friend! My name is Kelsey and I've been a filmmaker since I was 13 years old. Sure, maybe I was a little amateur back then, but my storytelling and technical skills have only improved. I worked in the film/tv industry for several years on shows for Netflix, Animal Planet, and HBO. I started shooting weddings on the side for a friend's company, and quickly fell in love. I loved being part of someone's big day and gifting them with a video they could enjoy for years to come. To me, the joy I bring the couple when I deliver their wedding film feels like my life's calling. I'm currently serving clients in Colorado and Austin, Texas.

I started Moonlit Weddings, with the simple idea of creating personalized, cinematic wedding films in an artistically beautiful style reminiscent of a Wes Anderson film. My process involves a consultation to collaboratively build a plan for your film and ensure it meets your wedding-day vision.
