I am a small, one woman-operated home bakery that specializes in custom buttercream cakes and macarons for birthdays, engagement parties, and small weddings. I began as a cake artist in 2020 and have fallen in love with creating realistic buttercream flowers and piping vintage-style Lambeth cakes.

Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries. Shauna and her husband and partner Bob have been trained by an expert baristas at Atomic Coffee Roasters and are proud to serve drinks brewed with their beans. All our espresso drinks are made with our gorgeous Italian made La Marzocco machine.

We can create any dessert spread you desire! Everything is made by hand including our french macarons, cake and cupcake fillings (no jelly here!), and ganaches. Steph here! Hi! I love creating edible art! I found my passion with cake over 17 years ago when I became a new mom and wanted to make a special 1st Birthday cake for my son. A few years later I was asked to make my very first wedding cake and I haven't put my spatula down since! My passion is creating 3D, Gravity Defying Designs, Realism and working with fresh flowers on blank slates of buttercream or fondant (Marshmallow) to create stunning one of a kind designs!
