Hi I’m Sarah! And for as long as I can remember I’ve loved being behind the lens. My photography journey started my first year of high school and my studies continued through college. I specialize in outdoor-inspired weddings, elopements, and micro weddings. I love capturing organic moments in beautiful places. I’ll make sure to capture the classics with you and your loved ones, but my passion lies in the candid moments. My poses will involve movement so you never look rigid or stiff. I will make sure you feel your best in front of the camera. Life is worth photographing, and I’m here to commit your most special moments to memory.

My inspiration comes from the stories around me.  In books, movies & art.  Long walks with my dog Cady Jane, time on the river with a fly rod, in the barn with my horses, conversations with friends and of course travel.  I believe that life is about experiences, relationships and ultimately love.   These things certainly are what fuels the passion to make beautiful fine art photographs.  So that, in turn, my clients can have photographic artifacts that they find beautiful and inspiring.  Photographs that can fill living and work spaces, bringing joy to the viewer.

Originally from Canada, a love of travel has taken me around the world in search of new experiences and deeper understanding of our world. I believe the key to understanding a place is through its people. My passion for photography stems from capturing real moments as they unfold and true emotions in those I photograph.

I am a born and raised Wyoming native. I am a ranch kid who moved to the city but my roots are deep in the open pastures. I am a wife to the most supportive man and mom of 2 amazing boys. Photography has been a passion of mine since I was 8 years old. I have always had a love for making people see how beautiful life is and how precious it is to capture all the moments we can! With over 8 years of professional photography experience, I fell in love with love and photographing anything I can put my camera in front of. Weddings are one my absolute favorite events to capture. A mountain girl at heart, I was born in Idaho and have been lucky enough to call Jackson Hole home since 2014. I received my first camera for Christmas when I was thirteen and I've been passionate about photography ever since. Another of my passions is art history, which is what I studied in undergraduate and graduate school. Seemingly unrelated on the surface I truly believe that my background in art history helped hone my artistic eye and continues to inform my photography through composition, light, and framing. I truly love photography and cherish the opportunity to meet and work with so many incredible couples and families.
