“Soundz Amazing was so great for us to work with at our wedding reception! We got married in 2021 but due to covid we did not have any of our friends and family with us to celebrate. When we were able to have our reception in 2022 we worked with Mike and he was so responsive. Our reception was very non-traditional as we did not do any type of ceremony, first dances, wedding party, or formalities that are typically associated with weddings. Mike was so flexible and worked with us to create the exact atmosphere that we hoped for. In the weeks leading up to the ceremony Mike met with us multiple times and asked us questions that we hadn't even thought to consider. He was so helpful throughout every step and definitely decreased the amount of stress we were feeling. We had guests request songs through the RSVP feature on Zola and then sent them over before the ceremony, and Mike made sure to play all of them, and used our own personal requests to set the tone for the night. “TLDR - The Hook Club KILLED IT! Planning a wedding is hard and planning a wedding during a pandemic is near impossible - Dan and The Hook Club made that process so much easier! Not only was Dan a pleasure to work with when we had to reschedule, but was always available to answer questions throughout the entire planning process. It was awesome to be able to see the band play live at several of their showcases leading up to our wedding (pre-pandemic) and when it came to the day of they did NOT disappoint. Everyone was amazing from L'Marco , Bree, Dan - to the rest of the band who's names I wish I knew - extra shout out to the sax player (because who doesn't love a good sax moment). The band did an amazing job curating the perfect playlist that covered all genres and kicked off with an awesome hora which was a requirement for my family. You can tell how much THC loves what they do and it shows when they are right in the middle of a dance circle singing with the guests or over at the bar singing on a handheld mic getting even more guests back onto the dance floor. Highlight of my night was doing the electric slide (to a song I can't remember, but was into) with about half the band on the middle of the dance floor without any planning whatsoever. Everyone keeps raving about the band and I can't wait to see them again soon at friends weddings or at a future showcase. Book THC and you won't regret it!”

Day of, Lucas was there early and making sure all the gear was working and problem solving on the scene to make the experience even better than we had talked about. He was able to not only have the music playing through the two large speakers we had planned for outside, but also got it seemlessly hooked up to the speakers throughout the interior space. This was key, because we had to last minute move the whole wedding inside due to rain. It was priceless to see see Lucas problem solving all of that with plenty of time to spare because I had so many other things to worry about with the shifting rain plans. I knew I didn’t have to worry about that whole part of it though, and the quality of the sound throughout the day really smoothed over all of the last minute adjustments and helped make everything feel like it was all part of the plan. In our final meeting leading up to the wedding, it was crystal clear just how seriously Matty took his role. He meticulously walked through every moment, discussing our music choices and must-plays to fully grasp the vibes we wanted for each part of the day. “Primo was our DJ at Rosebud Wedding Estates and he was outstanding for every minute from booking, to the planning process, and the day off. His assistants he brought along were extremely professional and helped out to make sure the transition from ceremony to reception went smoothly. And it sure did!! Primo’s dance floor lighting package and uplighting we added on transformed the venue and made it look astonishing. The moving head lights were an awesome touch for introductions and first dance etc. Guests did not stop coming up to us the whole night, talking about what a great DJ we chose and how awesome the music was. Primo essentially planned our whole wedding in terms of how the order of events went and provided all the additional vendors with a schedule of events. All of our calves hurt like crazy after dancing the night away!! Primo had our guests on the dance floor all night and he had to literally ask people to leave so we could do our last dance alone and then the sparkler exit. I cannot recommend Primo enough and will be sure to use him for any future events that we have. Primo is a true professional for his age and you would never guess he is still in college!!! Amazzing!!!”

We had multiple meetings with him leading up to our wedding which helped confirm our timeline. He also accommodate last minute changes the night of the wedding easily. We had other wedding vendors compliment how kind and easy to work with he was as well which made us feel even more confident in Mike. Mike's transitions between songs were seamless, creating a continuous flow of music that kept the energy high. His mixing skills were top-notch, and there was never a dull moment between tracks. The way he blended songs together showcased his expertise and added an extra layer of excitement to the party. We got many compliments from our guests who can be difficult to please when it comes to music. We also used his photobooth which was a perfect touch and allowed our guests to capture unique memories. The attendant was also a pleasure to work with and was excellent in assisting our guests who were unsure how to use the photo booth. “From the very beginning, Karl was such a pleasure to work with. Finding a great band for our wedding was our top priority. We were a little apprehensive about pulling the trigger on any band without seeing them live, since videos don’t necessarily do the band justice. We made the decision to go with PopStyle almost entirely because Karl was so responsive and a great communicator. 6 months later, when it came time to iron out details, Karl was consistently professional and put us at ease. Knowing we could trust him to handle everything on his end was invaluable. Obviously we were a bit preoccupied on the day of our wedding, but from what we could tell everything was so smooth. They took care of setting up for our ceremony with a variety of mics and speakers for our officiant, readers, and processional/recessional music. They seamlessly transitioned to the cocktail hour (different location), then introduced our first dance plus family dances, and kicked off the dancing with so much enthusiasm. We absolutely adored their performance. They got everyone out on the dance floor! There were also times when a few of them came out onto the dance floor to really engage the crowd. It was awesome and unexpected. Each band member that I personally interacted with could not have been nicer. They all seemed so genuinely happy to be there celebrating with us. It didn’t feel like a client/vendor dynamic. Additionally, every other vendor we spoke with told us what a pleasure it was to work with PopStyle. Overall, we would 100% book PopStyle again for any event. If you are considering them at all, I would look no further. They exceeded our expectations in every category”
