My name is Kelly Carey. I am a mama of 3 cowhands, ranch wife, outfitter’s daughter, flower lover and baking enthusiast. I started my baking business right out of college over 10 years ago and I am now the Boulder Valley local cake baker, serving up tasty desserts to surrounding areas including Boulder, Whitehall, Helena, Bozeman and Butte. Hi!! I am Shannon hovden, I am the owner operator of Shannon’s custom cakery. We were voted best dessert of Montana 2023!I launched my business in October 2014 after being a stay home mom for a year. My Cakes just happened to be an artist outlet for me that I grew to love and perfect. I am self taught by videos (so many videos!) and tutorials from the baking community, along with trial and error. We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.
