Separk Mansion is a wedding venue located in Gastonia, North Carolina that is just 20 minutes from Charlotte. This renovated mansion is designed with beautiful weddings in mind and will give you an elegant backdrop that will create a celebration that is full of everlasting memories. Separk Mansion is ideal for both indoor and outdoor weddings. The first floor ballroom retains old vintage hardwood floors and has a ceiling that shimmers with crystal chandeliers. At the front there is a large staircase as well as large front doors that lead to an expansive limestone veranda that can be used for a cocktail hour. This impressive estate was built in 1919 by textile mogul Joseph Separk. He lived in the mansion with his wife and son during the 1920s. In 2012 it underwent complete renovation and is currently one of the most popular locations for ceremonies and receptions. The mansion is part of the York Chester Historic District and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The estate features four homes with a total of 10 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms and can comfortably house 20 guests. The Middleburg property is only a 25 minute drive from Mount Pleasant and a 45 minute drive from Charleston proper.

DuGaren Venues & Vineyards is a family owned business located in Denver, NC. The total square footage of the Venue is 10,000 square feet. There are so many unique elements of the Venue such as the large Winery space entrance doors that were obtained from an old home in Savannah GA, and the free standing fireplace at the Pavilion that was from the original home built on the land back in the 1800's. The venue is a mix of elegance meet rustic and loved by all!

The Barn at Reeves Farm is the perfect location for any wedding ceremony/reception. It’s location near St. George, SC makes it a convenient site for guests in the Charleston/Summerville area, just 4 miles from exit 77 of of I-95. The property consists of a large barn situated on 80 acres of land which provides ample space for an indoor or outdoor wedding. The barn can hold 300 people and table seating is provided for up to 80 people. It features large windows that allow ample natural light to stream into the main room with over 3200 square feet of available space, a handicap accessible men and women’s wash closet, a built-in stage, a bar, and space for a dance floor. The outside property has a pond, oak trees, gazebo, and sprawling fields, any of which can be used for an outside ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. The outdoor area has additional space to increase the occupancy capacity. A bridal suite is included for the bridal party to use prior to the ceremony.

Homesteads Events at Loray Mill is a banquet hall wedding venue located in Gastonia, NC. The open-plan event space provides an old-world, industrial ambiance for your wedding event. The Corley Mill House is an Edwardian-era home built in 1908. The house was purchased and developed into an event venue in 1997 and with the additions of banquet space and gardens in 2001, the property has evolved into a multi-faceted venue for indoor and outdoor events of all types and sizes. The house was purchased in 2020 by Pam and John Banks. We are continually upgrading all of our spaces to make them lovely, but also functional for your entire wedding party. We host over 70 weddings here a year, but only one per day. We are old fashion customer service people. Our goal is to take care of you in every phase of the process.
