This is your authentic and magical experience near the Wasatch Mountain range with huge panoramic views of Lone Peak and Mount Timpanogos. This home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The back gate opens to an eight acre park with a stream running through it. It is the perfect place for celebrations and gatherings outdoor and indoor. Three bedrooms can be used for guests. The kitchen is available for use.

Built in the 1960's our venue has large spacious windows overlooking Hobble Creek Canyon and Golf Course with the best view in Utah County. Our banquet room has a rustic cozy vibe, with indoor and outdoor fireplace, outdoor balcony and patio to enjoy the sunshine.

Our unique model only allows for one event in our Garden House per day, ensuring that you aren't rushed, and have all the time you need for your photos, your ceremony, your special people, and hopefully, the time of your life. All locations are located within 2 to 8 minutes of each other, in Rockville, Utah, 10 minutes away from the heart of Zion National Park. Each estate has its own unique amentities and guest accommodations.
