The Spot on West Fifth is a modern and elegant downtown Cincinnati venue, featuring natural light and a fully customizable space that can easily be a backdrop to your unique vision. The Spot is a 6,500 sq. ft. private event venue with seating for up to 225 guests. Gorgeous exposed brick and original hardwood flooring offer the charming industrial aesthetic so sought after in historical buildings across the city. Nazareth Hall is known throughout the region as a banquet and wedding facility, but it’s the rich history and lush setting that draws people here. Built in 1927 as an all-boy Catholic boarding school. It eventually evolved into a renowned military school for boys. Throughout its history the school stayed true to its Catholic roots and the nuns who served and taught here. Operating until 1982 the stories written within its walls are still told today. Re-emerging with a new mission and purpose in April of 1991, Nazareth Hall was reborn. It is in this picturesque place, reminiscent of castles of old, that brides come to be married and celebrate with family and friends in grand ballrooms. The classrooms and meeting spaces offer the perfect vintage background for business training sessions, and the manicured lawns have been host to numerous parties and festivities.

Arlington Acres is a historic bank barn built in the 1860's with native Ohio timber. Located on a modern functioning farm we host weddings of all shapes and sizes and have the flexibility to adjust our spaces to fit groups up to 250! Our barn is over 100 years old and we added on a new barn onto it. Together they can seat up to 200 people for a wedding reception. We have added beautiful bistro lighting so not a lot of additional decorating is needed. You have your choice of 4 different outdoor ceremony sites. A grain bin gazebo on a stamped cement pad with bistro lighting is available to be used as a ceremony site or the setting for cocktail hour / outdoor bar. The bridal party has the admissions barn to use for wedding prep and the room on the back of our new restroom building is where the groomsmen can get ready in.

The barn was beautifully decorated (not to mention the amount of other decorations they already had on-site was a great way to save money), and the rolling hills made a stunning backdrop for our ceremony and pictures (especially the photo-bombing alpacas). They were so incredibly kind and wonderful to work with throughout the process. They made time to answer all of our questions and were incredibly accommodating by allowing us to take tours and re-visit as we started planning for our wedding. One of the biggest perks was having the venue for the entire weekend, which made setting up and enjoying our day that much easier. Everyone we've spoken to after the wedding have continued to say how beautiful the venue was and how it made for the absolute perfect wedding. I highly recommend Heartland to any bride looking for a beautiful wedding that's truly one-of-a-kind!

Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. (If you know of Lakewood, you know parking is a hot commodity)
