It was one of the busiest weddings I've ever worked, and for an ice cream vendor I bet it was even worse, but Alan from Stuffed Ice Cream was able to greet every guest with enthusiasm. Every loved their ice cream, and I tried some and it was amazing. They were super nice and also very easy to work with. I totally recommend going with them, you won't go wrong on your decision!

    The Evercake

    5.0

    New York, NY
    • Starts at $6 per serving

The Evercake concept started as I was ordering flowers online while skimming Pinterest for my toddler's birthday cake. I wanted a beautiful cake that I could add to a cart and have delivered. Why didn't this exist? A few months later, The Evercake was born. We are different in that we are strictly buttercream based (no overworked fondant here). Our recipes are tried and true, slightly less sweet, and with designs aimed to be worthy of your celebrations. We don't have a traditional storefront with overhead to worry about it, which means we don't have to mark up our cakes to account for this.

Our cake from the Evercake was the culinary highlight of my bridal shower!! The geode design was almost too gorgeous to cut into, and the berry cream filling was so delicious (beats out Milk Bar any day) and tasted dangerously light. Will definitely be ordering from them for our next celebration.
