The next week I enrolled in Flower School and after I finished my studies I started The Gathering florist and haven’t looked back! Colour is a big part of our inspiration. The first question I ask my clients is what colours they love and what colour they would like featured on their day. We are now entering the winter months so we are loving working with autumn tones, think deep crimson, pink and reds. Every season inspires us with different colours to work with.

My passion for floral design began in 2013. I had just moved to Memphis, TN to participate in a sustainable farming program. Working alongside flower farmers, I grew an immense appreciate for the beauty of flowers. For me, designing is like painting with flowers. In 2013, my passion for flowers started when I landed a job at a local flower shop. Entranced by the art, I fell head over heels in love with the intricacies of designing something new & special for a specific individual. My traditional design skills mixed with my trained eye from the fashion industry has helped shape what my design style is today- whimsical, ethereal, & extremely detailed. I consider my arrangements & installations to be a sculptures & am inspired by nature and it’s immense growth & colors, Dutch Master paintings, & the 60s psychedelic movement.

I am Tyler Keeno, the Head Designer of TK Floral Designs LLC. I run this wonderful company with my partner Randy Nogueira, and have been involved in this industry for 6 years now.
