The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.

Built in 1893, the former city hall of Fort Wayne is a beautiful example of Richardsonian Romanesque architecture. As a museum and a historic building, the History Center has a unique character of its own for you and your guests to explore. The History Center has three rooms available to rent, making it the perfect location for any event. The Shields Room is the centerpiece of the museum. It is the former City Council Chamber and Courtroom. Its features include golden oak paneling, a grand chandelier, large windows with expansive city views, and the restored 22-foot ceiling decorated in rich colors and 24kt gold-leaf stencils. You and your guests may ascend the Grand Staircase or use the elevator to reach the room’s second floor entrance. First of all, congratulations!!! We are so glad you are interested in our event center! We are now open in the American National Bank Building, 302 Main Street. The 12,000 square foot area will easily seat 400 guests {300 on main level + 100 upstairs}; however, it is easy to make the space seem more quaint for smaller parties. We have a private parking lot in the back and the corner lot allows for ample street parking. Our elegant + industrial look is complete with a grand staircase, a "U" shaped balcony that overlooks the dance floor, a bank vault converted to a ready room, and an additional large suite/ready room with plenty of mirrors and plug-ins! The strategically placed lighting {most of which are on dimmers} will create the most perfect ambiance and decorating can be minimal!

We are a smaller venue on Geist Reservoir with an elegant and timeless "lake estate" aesthetic customizable to your personal vision. While our venue is ideal for smaller and intimate weddings (50-60 guests), we specialize in hosting rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions (up to 150 guests) engagement parties, and bridal or wedding showers. The 9-hole Sunblest Golf Course existed from the beginning of time until 1989. The current 18 hole facility of River Glen has been in existence since 1990 and shall remain till the end of time. A more detailed history and study of River Glen is currently being conducted by the Flowers anthropology group. Findings will be posted as discoveries are made. River Glen Country Club, located along the White River just minutes north of Indianapolis in Fishers, is an excellent facility to host your next event.
