Do you want to be able to relax and actually enjoy the planning process, leaving the details for your planner to take care of so you will not feel overwhelmed and stressed? Full Service Wedding Coordination packages are for the couple who want a full-time wedding professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day or weekend!	Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than a Full Service Package. This package is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way.	Day Of Coordination is a perfect option if you want to plan a majority of your wedding but need a professional wedding coordinator in the background to answer questions, offer advice and coordinate the details on the wedding day so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your perfect event.

It wasn't until the wedding rehearsal that I met Samantha. To say I was impressed is an understatement! She is exceptional and just the event planner you need! Samantha is completely professional and efficient. She directs a group of 50-275 people with ease. She communicates with vendors and guests to orchestrate the details of the wedding ceremony and reception just as the bride and groom had planned. She makes sure every detail is addressed. For Clay and Madie's wedding, Samanth was present from start to finish. She helped set up, ran all the logistics during (the rehearsal, wedding, and reception), and she helped take down. She ran the event as if it was her own. She is so organized and thorough. She's exactly where you need her every minute but so discreet that others think she is a guest. She is meticulous and has a take-charge attitude with the most poite, respectful, and kind delivery. She really wanted nothing but the best for the bride and groom on their wedding day. And she made sure that was the result. Do not let the distance discourage you. Samantha likes to travel and will go the distance for an event. I can not be more grateful and pleased with Sam if I tried!! I hired her for The Day of Coordinator to help everything run smoothly. Her professionalism & knowledge was just what we needed to make this happen. Her sweet personality was a huge bonus and made us feel so comfortable and at ease. The communication between her and my daughter was excellent. Sam was very prompt with answering any of my daughter’s questions prior, during and after the wedding. Her service fee is VERY reasonable. She traveled from Dayton, three hours each way, for the rehearsal and for the wedding !! Sam and her team helped box all the centerpieces and miscellaneous items while we were still enjoying the evening. This was a huge help and I was very thankful for the extra time that was freed up for us to spend with family and friends. There was a small hiccup with our food caterer and Sam quickly jumped in and solved the problem. I could not have asked for a more perfect day for my daughter, it was everything she dreamed of and we were all stress free thanks to Sam. I would HIGHLY recommend The Black Barn Event Planning. Sam is amazing at what she does!!

5 stars doesn’t feel like enough! Sam truly was incredible in making our wedding day run smoothly. Not a detail was missed, and we absolutely would not have had such a successful wedding without her. We hired her very late into our planning process, and with only two weeks before the big day, she jumped in without hesitation. When we ended up 20 minutes behind on the timeline during the wedding, she didn’t panic. Instead, she reassured us it wasn’t a big deal, and helped us rearrange the rest of the evening to make sure nothing fell off track. I cannot recommend her enough!
