    I decided to book with Teyanna because she offered a great price and claimed that she would be able to assemble custom flower arrangements for my wedding on 6/16/24. When I first spoke with her, I made her aware that my wedding was only about 5 months out, but she reassured me that this was no issue and that she would be able to service my wedding, no problem. There were a few red flags regarding her professionalism. She appeared disorganized, often saying she had a lot of other things going on. She also changed her business email in the middle of us working together which made it difficult to keep track of our communication. In early February, we had an initial consultation, where I told her exactly what I envisioned and sent her pictures of which colors and flowers I wanted. I also specified the size and type of vases I wanted to use for the centerpieces, and she sent me a picture of her half-drunk Dunkin cup saying she would assemble them in that which didn't even match the dimensions of the vases I sent her??? But I thought, "okay she seems confident in what she's doing." Then a few months later she set up a zoom consultation, (which turned out to be a phone call because no link was ever sent) where she proceeded to ask me what colors and flowers I wanted. I told her this and she expressed no concerns about completing the order in time. This left me feeling concerned but I figured, as long as everything came together, I'd be happy. Then, about a month prior to my wedding she sends me an email saying that she'll have to cancel my order all together because "the flowers won't come in time." Leaving me overwhelmed and scrambling to replace the service. As a bride, the last thing you want to be worrying about is a disorganized, unprofessional vendor who makes promises they cannot keep. The prices are tempting but its worth spending a little extra to avoid the unnecessary stress.

    It was an absolute pleasure working with Flowers Make It Pretty! Teyanna was very personable and understood my vision completely. Communication with her was easy - she responded to everything right away! The flowers were more than I envisioned- the real touch florals really did feel and look real!!! Would work with her again and again!
