Greta has five years of event planning experience and two years of wedding-focused experience. Greta began her wedding planning career by assisting-DC area weddings and providing day-of coordination for local and out of state weddings. Greta is incredibly organized and methodical in her wedding planning process. Greta is a flexible communicator who understands that couples are planning their first wedding and need a lot of support. Greta's style is classic and traditional, but she loves adding thoughtful elements that align with trends & the couple's personality.

I am an expert planner with a passion for weddings. Prior to wedding planning my background includes luxury corporate events and political events. I have previously planned events for the Vice President of the United States and the White House. In the last several years I have brought that same attention to detail and expertise to the wedding industry. I handle all the logistics, details and coordination so the couple can sit back and relax knowing everything is covered. My sole focus is to have the couples I work with feel understood, taken care of and know the joy of wedding planning without the hassle or headache.

The fearless Elizabeth Carberry Creative team brings over 15 years of collective experience. After having studied Art History at Dickinson College, Elizabeth went on to start her first company, an art and artist consulting firm in 2011. Pivoting her role as brand manager, creative director and marketing guru for DC area artists, Elizabeth focused on small businesses and start ups, and began applying her creative eye to photo styling and content creation. It was through the passion of styling and creating small moments of beauty that she found her love for love and desire to plan the weddings of the amazing couples that she works with.

Peña & Co. grew from a love of weddings and bringing order to so many moving pieces and parts. I was part of a wedding that didn't have everything planned out, and I saw how that affected the Bride & Groom and knew then that the details help create unity and peace. My aim is for you to have joy and peace in your day and to truly enjoy each second. I have been coordinating for 3 years, served over 25 couples, and was trained in the south in both Greenville and Charleston, SC. I have loved mixing Southern comfort with DC splendor.
