Our King County Designated Historic Landmark farm sits on 18.1 acres on the north side slope of the Happy Valley 2 miles east of Redmond on SR 202. Established in 1907 by Walter Cooper, the uncle of the famous actor Gary Cooper, the dairy farm operated for 60 years before switching to beef cattle in the late 60s. The farmstead encompasses a gambrel-roofed hay barn built in 1925, followed by a grain silo and milk barn built in 1953.

She saw a need to provide high quality training in Western, Saddle Seat, Hunter, and Reining divisions - with a focus on Arabian horses. The Wallingford Venue is ideal for larger events at 4,500 square feet. Overlooking the stunning Lake Union, the studio, which offers beautiful, polished wood flooring, a grand stage, and homey, understated elegance, is a lovely backdrop for your ceremony or reception. It also offers a full kitchen for any catering requirements, as well as a thorough sound system. For smaller ceremonies, the Greenlake studio, at 1,000 square feet, is equally suitable. This venue has two smaller rooms which can be used as “getting-ready rooms” and a warm, inviting lobby. Inside the studio, you can find an impressive wall of mirrors. Quaking Aspen Springs is a rustic ranch located just 12 short miles from the bustling Wenatchee Valley. This Badger Mountain venue is nestled in a peaceful meadow amongst the quaking aspen. The venue is available from May through September. With no noise or music restrictions, you and your guests are bound to have a fun-filled weekend at our laid-back ranch.

Nestled in the scenic Cascade Foothills, The Wallace Falls Lodge is a picturesque wedding venue. The sweeping green lawns, ceremonial arch and Cascade Mountain backdrop provide the perfect nuptial setting. The Lodge is a good fit if you seek an outdoor space with the flexibility to choose your own caterer and procure your own alcohol, coupled with the relaxation of staying onsite. The Lodge sleeps up to 27 guests and each of its 10 bedrooms has a private bathroom, providing added comfort and privacy. With 2 and 3-night wedding packages your wedding party and immediate family can set-up and tear-down at their leisure. The Lodge grounds can accommodate roughly 115 guests for an outdoor ceremony, as well as seated under our large white outdoor event tent (Spring/Summer/Fall). Rehearsal dinners and small indoor winter weddings (less than 50 guests) can take place inside The Carriage House, a beautiful log-cabin event space adjacent to The Lodge.

Originally built in 1906, the building was the home of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church until 1991 (when the congregation merged with St. Andrew's in Aberdeen). Today, it is owned by Emily and Steven Puvogel, who operate the venue as a passion project where we enjoy helping people host all manner of events, including weddings, birthday parties, celebrations of life, concerts, baby showers, fundraisers, trainings, and meetings. When you book your event here, you will get a beautiful setting and personal service, at an incredibly reasonable price. In 1939 the Works Progress Administration built a timbered A-frame gymnasium of local stone and timbers - the beautiful structure that would later become the Longbranch Clubhouse. When the school district consolidated to a larger site, the Longbranch Improvement Club purchased the land and buildings. In 1956 rest rooms, upgraded kitchen facilities and a wooden floor were added. The Longbranch Clubhouse has held an astonishing variety of activities in its colorful history. High school basketball, wartime bandage rolling, huckleberry festivals, fund-raisers, basket socials, Sunday schools and funerals - along with the popular dances and theater events that formed the foundation of this community's social life for generations.

The Historic Lord Mansion and Coach House, located in Olympia's South Capitol Neighborhood, offers an elegant atmosphere and intimate setting with is beautiful architectural features and grounds, provides a memorable backdrop and setting for your wedding.
