Fossil Photography is currently based just outside of Edwardsville, IL and I spend plenty of time traipsing around the St. Louis area. I also travel to Birmingham, AL on a regular basis and am always open to travel opportunities.

As a kid, looking through a cabinet full of our family photos and albums was one of my favorite things to do. I remember seeing photos of my parents at prom as well as flipping through the pages of their wedding album. I knew then I wanted to be the one who made these precious memories for others. I began photographing weddings and seniors at just 15 years old. (yes, my mom would have to drive me to shoot weddings...) The rest is history. I studied photography at Missouri State University and was able to meet my best friends who appreciated my passion for this art and career

Hello Lovely! So happy you're here! My story of becoming a photographer is unconventional like all the best stories are. I was always the quiet artsy-fartsy kid, more artsy than fartsy, I promise. As a child who dealt heavily with an anxiety disorder and depression my only solace was taking my bright pink barbie film camera out to the back porch to take photos of the sky. My parents weren’t the happiest about the frequent weekly trips to the film lab but oh the wonder my little fingertips felt every time I opened up a new envelope to reveal the magic I had created inside. That feeling of magic has never stopped.

Along with my love for St. Louis foods, I have a deep relationship with coffee.
