Hi! My name is Angie Walls and I am the owner of Grace Well Catering. I have been catering for over 15 years to family, friends and church. I decided in May of 2023 to pursue my dream of being a full time caterer after being laid off from my full time job. I have always loved to cook and was told by many people that I would be an amazing caterer. I took the leap and haven't looked back. My love language is feeding people delicious affordable food. Dixie Dawg BBQ is a mobile BBQ smoker/trailer based out of Lancaster, KY and is owned and operated by Bob and Mary Littral. We offer delicious slow smoked bbq, (smoked right on our mobile smoker) made with our own signature rubs and sauces, along with some mouth watering down home southern side dishes. We offer a buffet style setup for wedding receptions , which folks seem to really enjoy. We are not fancy, we do bbq, and we keep it simple and delicious. I'm from Statesville, NC. I've been in the kitchen cooking since I was a kid. I grew up with a family of cooks. My grandmother was a head chef for 32 years at a mom and pops restaurant and cooking with her on the weekends when I visited her is where discovered my passion and real love for southern homestyle food. I enjoy creating new southern-style dishes with tons of flavor and a flair of love.
